It's how you learn that makes the difference
From the beginning, I learn how students process information; then build further on how to process new information as I introduce different ways to think about the material. An important feature of gathering information is how to take notes. I focus on effective methods of taking notes because it builds independence for students in there individual study. The student may gather as much information as possible during class to process at a later time. Another feature of my teaching is how to research: what to look for? scanning resources quickly, and synthesize information from several sources. Once the the material is prepared, it can be digested into small, and consistent review in the students study.
