About Me
Exploring the World of Music Innovation and Education
I started learning music when I was 7 years old. I began on the piano and quickly switched to guitar where I focused on Spanish classical, flamenco, and rock ‘n’ roll.
When I began my undergrad studies, I was accepted for a major in music performance with a specialization in orchestral percussion and a secondary study on the piano. During my undergrad I performed with musicians in various styles of music including, funk, rock, reggae, ska, punk, metal, blues, and soul.

In 2015, I began my career as a music educator. Several years later, I decided to work towards a masters in the art of teaching. When I learned that my admission would be deferred to the following year I was invited to apply for the Global Leaders Program, now called the Global Leaders Institute. It was an international education with a focus on using music and the arts for social innovation. During my time at Global Leaders Institute, I taught students across the Americas. Enthusiastic about a career in community innovation through music I built a case study on the impact of music in under-served communities in Canada, Venezuela, California and Scotland.
I moved to Colorado in 2020 after my graduation from the MAT program. For work I was accepted to a wilderness therapy program called Open Sky. They were considered the creme of the crop of wilderness therapy programs. During my time with Open Skill, I began to mastered my strengths in making people feel safe and support them emotionally, as well as skills in navigation and survival. As a guide, I led 10 kids at a time through the back-country of Colorado and Utah and taught students how to survive off the land with little provisions and help create an engaged community of young adults in the wild.
What My Clients Says
Please inquire additional references for specific services.

“Aaron. He does guitar and piano with my 2 kids. My 10 year old daughter can be a handful but Aaron is amazing with her to get her to focus, progress but still have a ton of fun. My 13 year old son is thriving in his guitar. Before, my son resisted his lesson and wanted to quit. but now he looks forward to lessons with Aaron and is loving playing! I’m very impressed with their progress and Aaron’s teaching style.”

Mother of current music students

“Aaron Glaser is an outstanding teacher who knows how to connect with and inspire his students. He instills in them the desire to learn and make progress in their studies. Whether he worked with students to improve their reading, or taught basic knowledge of beginning music theory, or engaged them in other topics, his students receive the full benefit of his own knowledge and experience. They absorbed and then went on to deepen their understanding and skills. Aaron is the kind of teacher I would recommend without hesitation to any school to add to its faculty as well as to individuals who are seeking tutoring for either themselves of others they know.”
